Absolutely! Walk-ins are always welcome at Polished Nails Willowbrook. We're open 7 days a week so you can stop by whenever it's convenient for you. While we also take appointments, many of our clients love just dropping in and getting pampered on their schedule.
How clean and sanitary is your salon?
Cleanliness is our top priority. We sterilize all metal tools in a professional autoclave, use single-use files and buffers for every client, and thoroughly clean each station between appointments. We comply with all health department standards and regulations to keep you safe and healthy.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Our gift cards are perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, Mother's Day, or any occasion. Give the gift of beautiful nails and a relaxing spa experience. Gift cards are available in any amount.
What's the difference between gel, acrylic, and dip powder?
Great question! Gel nails are cured under UV light and last 2-3 weeks. Acrylics are sculpted and are very durable, lasting 3-4 weeks with fills. Dip powder is lightweight, doesn't require UV, and lasts 3-4 weeks—perfect if you prefer a natural look. Our technicians can help you choose what's best for your lifestyle.
